Hi! My name is Kayla and I am an illustrator and designer.
I am a self-taught artist, specialising in character illustration and design. I also love creating illustrations for clothing and patterns: I’ve even started my own workout clothing line, KaylaJoy Activewear. I strongly believe in doing what you love, being happy and having fun in life. I take great pride in all of my artistic works and enjoy storytelling through my designs and illustrations.
Born into a creative family, I know that I’ve always wanted to have a career that would involve art in some way. I have achieved a Bachelor of the Creative Industries from QUT, majoring in Animation and Interactive and Visual Design. During my four years at university, I discovered my passion for both visual art and graphic design.
